First and foremost, we'd like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for ordering our beers and supporting us throughout these strange and unusual times - it is sincerely and seriously appreciated. We're glad to bring some small semblance of normality into your home, by way of our delicious local beers delivered direct to your doorstep. It's really been down to people like you that we've been able to stay open and keep brewing over the past year, despite the myriad of challenges we've all had to endure in one form or another. We couldn't do it without you.
In light of recent government announcements, we’re pleased to reassure you that our pedal-powered same-day Delivery Service will continue to run 7 days a week! Please see below for a summary and explanation of our delivery services.
Our Off-Licenses at Brockley and Hither Green will also remain open 7 days a week! Until the time comes when we can all sit down and enjoy a pint together, both sites will be operating as off-licenses / shops selling our fresh cask ales in sealed take-away containers along with our bottles, cans and mini-kegs. Details are as follows:

On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at our Brockley Shop / Off-License (31 Harcourt Road, London SE4 2AJ) we will be joined by FreeWheelin Pizza who will continue to sell takeaway pizza from 5-9pm. You can also order for collection or delivery online via their Online Restaurant or give them a call on 07743 506285.

Same-Day SE London Beer Delivery Service 7 Days A Week
If you order before 11am, we'll deliver that same day to you! Our fantastic fleet of cyclists deliver our beers straight to your door 7 days a week and across all SE London postcodes (including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Any orders placed after 11am will be processed and out for delivery the following day. As the days are still short we're keeping our 11am cut off time to ensure our cyclists have the best chance of delivering in the light.
If you live in SE4, SE12 or SE13 you are eligible for FREE delivery (the perks of living near a craft brewery!) while there is a small £3 delivery fee for all other SE postcodes.
If you would prefer to collect your order or request that your delivery should take place on a specific date (perhaps on some lucky person's birthday?) then please do email us at hello@brockleybrewery.co.uk to let us know - ideally before 11am and quoting your order number - and we can sort this out for you, no problem at all.
It's sometimes a little tricky for us to give you a precise delivery time for your beer as this all depends on the number and spread of orders we've received on the day (which we won't fully know ourselves until 11am!) but we will do our best to give you an estimate if you wish to call up or email us. If you don't answer your door when we arrive with your delivery, or if you happen to be out, our cyclist will call the number you included on your order to see if there's a safe place or neighbour they can leave the beer with for you.
UK Wide Delivery Service
If you're ordering our beers for delivery to an address that isn't in an SE London postcode, we'll be sending this via Parcelforce who are happy to ship our bottles, cans and mini-kegs. We're afraid this means that our fresh cask ales will be off the menu (i.e. no 2 Pint / 4 Pint Cartons or 5L / 10L / 20L Bag in Boxes) as the beer simply won't survive the journey and we'll be in touch to discuss a refund or exchange. Please note that there is a £6 fee for shipping via Parcelforce.
We will always try to prep orders for Parcelforce ASAP although cannot always guarantee same-day collections will be available. Because of this, and using their 48h courier service, we prefer to say your beers will arrive between 5 and 7 working days from the date of your order. Please do get in touch if your order hasn't arrived after 7 days and we can check up on the parcel's progress or investigate with Parcelforce if necessary.
