The Brockley Brewery Mini Cask
Our beautiful Spring Ale is a light, refreshing beer with a subtly complex and delicately balanced hop profile. A veritable bouquet of specially selected hops, including Centennial, Rakau, Galena and Huel Melon, give this wonderful beer it's soaring floral aromas and gently mellow fruity flavour. 3.8% ABV. This bag in box beer lasts 3-4 days once opened and contains about 8 pints of delicious cask ale! Store in the fridge for optimum shelf life and enjoy!
The Brockley Brewery Mini-keg
We have two options for our mini-kegs, Lager and our latest Copper IPA! Both epic beers, our mini-kegs hold 5 litres of beer – almost 9 pints.
The mini-kegs have a shelf life of 5 weeks, but once they are opened, it is best to drink the beer within 3 days.
The mini-keg is simple to operate. There is a link to an online guide on the keg. Or simply follow the following steps:
1. Vent the Keg
Vent the keg by opening the red valve on top of the keg. Lift the red handle, and turn it anti-clockwise giving it a quarter turn
2. Getting ready to pour
Place the keg on the edge of a stable, flat surface. Bend the red tab on the front of the keg towards you and pull out the tap. The stem will ease out of the keg.
3. Pouring the beer
Hold a tilted glass under the tap. Turn the tap anti-clockwise to pour the beer. Pour the beer down the side of the glass.
4. Close the Tap
Close the tap by turning clock-wise. It is not necessary to push in the tap after every use.
Top Tips
Once opened, the beer will stay fresh for up to 3 days as long as you keep the beer refrigerated.
Make sure that the keg is cold before you serve your beer. If it is too warm, it may create a lot of foam when pouring.
Each mini keg costs £24, whilst the mini cask costs £22, they are both available for local delivery to Lewisham and Southwark.
Not currently available for UK Mainland Standard delivery.

I started playing Connect Master while waiting for a friend, and now I’m the one making everyone wait because I need to finish the board. The secret trait is always just out of reach until it isn’t. So good.
Meowdoku got me because it looks soft and then behaves like a pure constraint satisfaction problem. Every colored region needs exactly one cat, and the diagonal no-touch rule removes the obvious spots first. My puzzle brain never stood a chance.
Marble Sort hooked me with the simple premise. But the moving conveyor belt means you can't just drop marbles randomly. You have to time it. I keep coming back because each level feels like a tiny puzzle to crack.
Was looking for a game that doesn't beg you to spend money. Colony Flow feels fair. The boosters are there if you want them but I never use them and still progress. The puzzle itself is the reward.
My roommate and I take turns with Game Is Hard. We shout ideas from across the room. It's become a bonding thing. The game is hard but the laughs are worth it.
