Assistant Brewer
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Brewer to join our Production Team. This is a great opportunity to get involved in all aspects of brewing, production and brewery logistics across our two breweries.
This is a full time position and Brockley Brewery is proud to be a London Living Wage employer.
The successful candidate will be passionate about beer and will have, or will be looking to study for, a relevant brewing qualification.
This role is an ideal opportunity for someone with limited experience, but has the aptitude and drive to learn. Alternatively it would suit a candidate with some beer production experience who wants to expand their range of skills by getting involved in all aspects of the production process.
Essential Requirements for this role:
Teamwork – able to work in a small team to achieve excellent results
Must be able to manage the physical demands associated with beer production and deliveries
Focus on quality: an understanding of the processes involved in making high quality beer and delivering it to our customers
Must have a valid UK driving license to assist in deliveries when required.
