Brockley Brewery Blueprint series is back with the much anticipated return of our take on Scottish Heavy Ale.
Steeped in tradition and brewed with Scottish Golden Promise malt, flaked maize and specialty caramel malts, our Scottish Heavy is truly a celebration of grain! This rich, sumptuous beer is a deep copper colour and replete with lustrous flavours of caramel, notes of nuttiness and hints of biscuit, astride a mingling of light fruity esters. In-keeping with tradition, the beer is delicately hopped to balance the wealth and depth of flavour emanating from the malts in the mash. A welcome guest at any Burns Night and paired perfectly with haggis, neeps and tatties. 3.1% ABV.
