Our Bru-1 Pale is the latest in our series of single-hop beers, showcasing the beguiling charms of one of the newest and most exciting hop strains grown in the Yakima Valley. With an exceedingly generous dry-hop set against a subtle malt backdrop, the Bru-1 hops impart a delightful aroma of freshly cut pineapples, crisp green fruits together with subtle soft spicy notes. Perfectly balanced, highly sessionable and deliciously moreish, we couldn't be more happy with this one!
