With the days getting longer and the sun shining a little brighter (at times), we happily welcome the return of our seasonal Spring IPA. This fine specimen of an ale is now available in our taprooms and online shop.
Spring IPA (4.5% ABV)
Our Spring IPA is a celebration of all things fruity and floral. A vibrant blend of pacific hops, including Rakau, Waimea and Kohatu, weave together seamlessly to give this beer its unique character; imparting flavours of juicy tropical fruits, zesty peels of citrus and fresh botanical notes evoking Spring's first bloom. Well rounded, with a gentle bitterness and subtle malt profile, our Spring IPA remains perfectly balanced whilst showcasing its exotic array of New Zealand's finest hops.
