SUBSCRIPTION FAQ

Read on to find all of your subscription related questions answered below!

Your subscription will be delivered via different methods depending on your location.


SE4, SE6, SE12, SE13, SE14 & SE23 postcodes will receive their subscriptions from Brockley Brewery staff on bikes.


All other SE London postcodes will receive their deliveries from Brockley Brewery staff in car or van.


Any and all postcodes outside of South East London will be delivered via APC delivery service. Your email or phone number will be passed onto them so they can provide you with updates on your delivery.


When


Once you have purchased your deal you will receive a confirmation email requesting you choose which day of the first week that you wish your order to arrive. Please then email hello@brockleybrewery.co.uk your choice and we will deliver your beer that day every month for a year!


If you wish to change your preferred day for delivery mid way through the subscription please make sure you email at least 1 week (5 working days) before your order is scheduled to be delivered.


As we outsource our deliveries for outside SE London, we cannot confirm a delivery day for these subscriptions. However, we will do our best to get it as close as possible.


Where


Upon first delivery you must provide ID to accept the order. From then on you may provide us with a safe place to leave your order if you are not in. If you wish to collect your order please let us know 1 week before it is scheduled to be delivered.
